A Mayor, a Picnic and an Organizing Committee !

On May 22 the tenants held a potluck picnic at Woodspring. For most of us this was the first in-person gathering we've had since the pandemic began! It was so great to see and be in community with our neighbors. We had a videographer at the meeting to interview residents for a video we're making, lots of tenants were happy to be interviewed. We ate yummy chili and wonderful dishes brought by the residents. At our meeting we introduced Tigard Mayor, Jason Snider, and House District 35 Representative, Dacia Grayber. We also read and discussed a second letter to Hamilton Zanze and ratified our brand new Organizing Committee!
