You knew, so we'll sue.

At our meeting with Hamilton-Zanze on June 22, we were told that when they bought the property in 2015, it was with the full intention to convert it to an all-ages property. The fact that they knew but did not ever tell residents, and continued to market it to seniors, as an affordable senior-complex, knowing that it would soon be neither, felt unconscionable to us.
